This job works with high level technology projects, and distributed systems. Works to maintain some of the ECBS 26+ technical projects from a project management and/or a release management perspective. Identifies and manages project details (e.g., scope, objectives, risks, costs, benefits, resources, and proposed solutions). Maintains complex project budget, schedule, and forecast for designated projects. Directs and monitors all activities for large, high risk, major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. Projects are at an enterprise level, crossing channels, applications, and platforms. Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringing issues to resolution, and escalates as necessary to meet timelines. Facilitates business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution, communication across business lines and technology management, often at senior management levels. Provides analysis to internal partners for business decisions. Facilitates meetings, creates/analyzes project plans, provides communication and directs project teams. Prioritizes workload and handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
