We have a client needing to fill a position for a Help Desk Technician I. This is a short term contracting position  that could be extended if the need arises.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting end-users to install programs in multiple environments
• Access the reporting structure, uploading files, connectivity, system unavailability and error messages

Background experience required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of post secondary courses taken in the field of Information Systems
• 1 year experience in a technical support and customer service
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft products, SQL Queries, and XML
• Experience in handling multiple projects and system security
